Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of bed sheets, comforters, and duvet covers. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
You may return or exchange any unused, unwashed, and undamaged products within 30 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 1. Contact us to request a return authorization (RA) number. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. 2. Once you receive your RA number, package the items securely, including the RA number on the outside of the package. 3. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item(s) to you once we have processed the return. If the new item has a different price, you will be responsible for paying the difference, or we will issue a refund for the difference if the new item is less expensive.
Defective products are handled separately. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the defect and your order number. We will arrange for a free return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Please note that personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective. We also reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
